The lab

About Decoded Intel

Decoded Intel is an independent, one-person cyber and geopolitical threat intelligence lab. It exists to do one thing well: turn the open-source flood into signal that holds up under scrutiny.

Everything on this site is built on a live pipeline — collectors watching conflict data, satellite fire detections, air and maritime traffic, vulnerability feeds and structured threat intelligence — fused, scored and verified before anything is published.

The map is not a screenshot. It is the estate, breathing. When you see a number on the front page, a collector wrote it moments ago.

Method first: every claim traceable, every source named, every correction public. Intelligence work is a discipline of honesty about uncertainty — that is the standard this lab holds itself to.

“Cyberspace is today recognised as the fifth domain of warfare, equally critical to military operations as land, sea, air, and space.”
